Hello Graham,
Just an email to say thank you very much for your research on digital pianos. It clearly has taken some time to put together the guide, and you have also tried to keep it neutral. It has several useful tips and helps by indicating the key useful features for a piano, rather than the ones that are heavily marketed.
Although I am only thinking about this for the future (used to play the piano many years ago, and may like to start playing again !) , I really found your guide helpful and concise.
Thanks again
Keith.

Hi Graham
I have just purchased a Yamaha CLP330 and am delighted. I liked it when I tried it and heard it
but the guidance in your book and the piano reviews gave me the knowledge and confidence to make
the purchase. Thanks for making a difficult process a lot easier.

Hi Graham,
I have just sifted through your comprehensive guide to the different options for digital pianos,
and I must say that I thought it was an excellent piece altogether, you are to be commended for
your knowledge of the industry and clarity of thought.

Dear Graham,
I’d like to thank you for your guide on digital pianos. It helped a lot in coming to my decision, especially the 6 simple tests
and your breakdown of the various companies in terms of reliability, resale value etc. Also the comment about shops
pushing Kawai digitals turned out to be very useful, I went to a shop to try the Kawai ES6 and they seem to push
them quite aggressively.

Hi Graham,
Yes, I am a beginner in Piano’s world, studing less than 1 year.
When I found you guide I thought “it is unbelieable!”. And it is: your work is a special kind of charity.
Here in Brazil a piano (digital or acustic) is very VERY expensive. As I am going to Germany to stays some weeks (for working) I decided to buy a digital one there and your book, my brother, will save my life!
I have not started to read but I would like to thank you in advance.
Regards
Marcelo.

Thanks Graham for your book. I have found it really useful. I actually decided to head to your store in Enfield last Thursday so I could test out and listen to the sound of some digital pianos, only to be greeted with an M25 jam out of Watford.

Dear Graham,
Thanks you for putting together that booklet; reading it has been extremely useful in my search for
a digital piano. It was particularly useful to read what you said about key escapement as I had been
wondering why the higher-end Yamahas and Rolands felt slightly “juddery” to play.

I think you are great to offer all this free advice to people and it is very much appreciated.

Hi Graham,
I read your 7 guides to buying a digital piano yesterday – so insightful and has given me a little confidence in an area I had found rather daunting and overwhelming.

Hi Graham, I really appreciate all the effort you put in to aid my piano choice. Your book proved useful in the final selection and I have narrowed it down to two.

Thanks for the guide – very informative & useful!
The lady friend wants to take up piano on retirement, lives in a small flat, & the cheapest weighted Casio
( a PX330..?) available in Edinburgh at a bit over £300 was my first thought…. Your guide has opened up
the options considerably, so thanks again.

Graham,
I appreciate your follow up. I read your whole treatise, and feel I know a lot more than before, though some aspects of a complicated subject remain a little unclear. I’m a classical pianist, conductor, recording producer retired from university administration. I own a lovely well played in Kawai 6 foot grand that is a beautiful instrument to play. I will be going through some relocation processes over the next year, and have found a friend’s home for my Kawai, so it won’t sit on its side in some warehouse.

Thanks for sending me through your book to download. It is very intensive but I am now armed with quite a lot of information so I can approach the sales people with a lot more confidence. If I decide to eventually buy off the internet then at least I shall have all your information to hand to refer to.

I had piano lessons as a 10 year old,I then turned to football so gave the lessons up.
I am now in my late 80 s and using a 61 key keyboard to learn again.
I am not quite happy with the piano sound on the keyboard, so I am looking to buy a digital piano around the 4 to 500 mark, it looks like your advice is for me.
thank you, Harry.
