“This is a great piano at this price”
Hi Graham,
I’m really happy with this piano – my piano teacher also came round and tried it and was very impressed. I appreciate that you could get a better sound & action for a bit more money, but for my budget and circumstances (I need something moderately portable) this has been a really excellent choice. I’m so glad you suggested getting the stand – I can see my X-shaped stand wouldn’t have been up to the task. I found your book (7 things you must know before you buy a digital piano) and your online articles very helpful in helping me pick my way through a huge field. – it was the main reason why I bought from UK Pianos (and would recommend
the website and shop to anyone else).
I’m just learning piano and wanted something with good sound and touch. I only had a small budget and had to haul the piano up many stairs so my choice was limited. I’m delighted with the PX135. It sounds very good to me and the feel of the keys is very similar to the piano I have my lessons on. I’m just a beginner, but my piano teacher also came and tried it and was very impressed. (And I know she wasn’t just being nice to me, because she told other people afterwards how good it was.)
It sounded great when she played it for me! The stand is solid and good quality (for the money) and was easy to put up. The keyboard itself is good to look at, with nice lines and an uncluttered appearance. I did a lot of research before I bought it and I’m really pleased with the outcome – this is a great piano at this price.
