Questions
Hi Graham,
One question – can you comment on the action and key velocity of these pianos? I’ve read conflicting reports…
Thanks,
James
Reply/ Hi James
The UP400G and UP380GWK have exactly the
same key mechanism.
They have a sensitive key touch that enables you
to play with multiple dynamics.
The keyboard is wooden and feels firm – similar
to a grand piano.
Which reports have you seen?
Could you provide a link for me to check?
One of the reports might refer to the previous
Gewa range from over 2-3 years ago that had
poor touch sensitivity. But things have moved
on a lot since then.
I love the new range of Gewa pianos, and I
recommend the Gewa UP380 WK and UP400
models as the best value on the market by far.
Kind regards
Graham

Hi Graham
Just very helpful. Can I check if you have the pianos you highlighted to me (UP380G, UP380GWK and UP400G) are in stock and how delivery works. Is there any setting up of the piano to do on delivery?
I will also want to buy headphones and so wondering which I should get? I would also like a height adjustable stool. Hoping to do an online order with you this weekend.
Best wishes
Teleri
Reply/ Hi Teleri
Yes, they are all in stock at the moment.
The piano comes in one box and is a self-assembly.
Delivery is £149.
However, I do recommend paying for an assembly service,
which is an additional £100.
Although assembly is straightforward, it’s tricky to assembly
by yourself and is better to have it built correctly.
I recommend either the Hadley HH-66 or HH-88 headphones.
These are very comfortable and cut out outside noise really well.
You can see them here
We offer a range of adjustable height stools here
The models are HA200, HSA300 and HSA350.
Kind regards
Graham Howard

Sally –
“Amazing Sound!”
Thanks so much for our new Gewa piano. We bought the UP400 model. It is a delight to play – really responsive and with an amazing sound. The whole process of buying it and getting it set up was made very easy – thanks Graham! We’d really recommend our new Gewa.
Thanks very much
