It’s free to list your piano on the UK Pianos Marketplace.
There is no charge unless it sells.
UK Pianos charge a commission of 25% if the piano is sold.
The seller should mention any faults, marks, scratches, chips or dents
along with accompanying photos.
If the buyer receives the piano and it is not as described, then the buyer
has the right to return the piano within 7 working days for a full refund.
UK Pianos may charge a small admin fee of 5% in this case.
If the buyer has not reported any issues to UK Pianos within 7 working
days, then it’s deemed as having been accepted by the buyer, and the
funds (less UK Pianos’ commission) are then transferred to the seller.

A/ The buyer collects, or UK Pianos can arrange collection and delivery at a cost
Q/ Is it secure?
A/ Yes. UK Pianos holds the funds until the buyer has confirmed
receipt of the piano in a satisfactory condition, or 7 working days
have passed, whichever comes first.
Q/ What if there’s a dispute between the buyer and seller?
A/ Once the buyer has confirmed the piano’s condition as
satisfactory, or 7 working days have passed, then it is deemed
as having been being accepted and there is no recall.
Of course, the seller may want to discuss this with the buyer
and try to find a resolution.
If there is a dispute within 7 workings days from the time
of order, then it is between the buyer and seller to come
to an agreement. It is the buyer’s right to return it if

Q/ Is there a cooling off period?
A/ Yes. The buyer has 7 working days to report any issues
with the piano’s playability, functionality or visual condition.
If the buyer is not happy with the piano then, providing they
notify UK Pianos within 7 working days, then it can be
returned to the seller for a full refund.
