I am very grateful to you for all the helpful information and advice given when seeking to purchase a new piano.  The details in your ‘Guide to Buying a Digital Piano’ contained so much basic good sense.
After looking at some pianos and reading reviews I was stuck for choice between a Yamaha and the Roland HP 508.  I purchased the Roland and am not disappointed.
Thank you for all your patience and understanding.
Thank you too, to the two gentlemen who delivered and installed the piano, no fuss, no problem, nothing was too much trouble for them.
So, I would strongly recommend UK Pianos to all who are looking for honest, sensible answers to questions about digital pianos.

2) “I will purchase this wonderful piano from ukpianos”

My name is Rigby, I had asked a friend of mine, Bruce, to leave you a message yesterday on my behalf about comparing 2 pianos as I thought I wouldn’t have access to the internet for a while but I’m in luck!

Bruce passed on to me your reply this morning regarding the Roland HP508 and Yamaha CLP575.

I just wanted to say Thank You Very Much!! For responding so attentively and also for the depth of the response which you had provided. With this you have helped me make up my mind and I shall be purchasing the Roland HP508 (I have had my eye on it’s predecessor, the HP507 for quite some time and am very pleased that a newer model has just been released).

I have been looking for a while on a few different sites such as GAX and Thomann for example but I think I will go ahead and purchase this wonderful piano from you Graham (ukpianos). Thomann sells the roland for a little less but your customer service regarding each of your pianos and the information from experience that you personally are able to provide on your products is fantastic and unmatched from what I can tell from every other site I’ve been on. I have also read your Digital Piano Buyers Guide which had so much critical information and answered so many questions that I had regarding digital pianos. I very much appreciate your time and effort in writing this and again, Thanks for going the extra mile!

3) “The Roland HP508 PE is beautiful, with a lovely feel and tone”

Dear Graham

I have had very little time to play with my new piano – the Roland HP508 PE – since Nigel delivered it, which is why I haven’t been in touch.
Firstly thank you to Nigel who did an excellent job with the delivery, coming all the way to Shropshire and arriving ahead of schedule, then taking great care to set it up.
He even phoned that evening to check that the speakers had been plugged in.

The Roland HP508 PE is beautiful, with a lovely feel and tone, and I am still exploring the vast range of possibilities it offers.
There are so many Voices too, some better than others I think, and I have only just started learning how to adjust the settings.

4) “The HP508 is lovely – a real pleasure to play”

Hi, Graham,

I appeared in your Finchley store yesterday and bought a Roland HP508 (& stool & dongle).
I was very pleased with the quality of service – helpful and honest, not intrusive or forcing me in any particular direction.

It arrived earlier than expected, having been told it would be the end of April – that’s a bonus!!  The downside is that the dongle I ordered is not yet in stock.  However, I’ve waited years to have a piano again, so a couple of weeks waiting for a dongle isn’t too much to complain about!

The HP508 is lovely – a real pleasure to play.  I just wish I could play it properly!
