“The RG-1F is the piano I choose to play”
“The Roland RG-1F is the most realistic small baby grand digital piano I’ve ever played. Its sound is full, round, resonant and warm. The different dynamic levels resemble realistically an acoustic piano… more harmonics and brightness to the sound are apparent as you play louder. It’s quite incredible how Roland have achieved this. The RG-1F is the piano I choose to play when I get an urge to tinkle the ivories. Bach is my favourite… and this piano sings beautifully !”, Graham Howard, piano adviser, UK Pianos

“Roland RG1F Versus Classenti GR1i”
Hi Graham.
We have communicated previously on the subject of which piano ? as i re arrange my living room to suit.
I would appreciate your opinion on the Roland RG 1F and Classenti GR1i.(the options are getting less)
Roland has the name and the smaller depth, but i sense you like the Classenti, especially on the tone,
but you have not given your opinion on the tone of this new model by Roland.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank You.
Carl.
Reply/ Hi Carl
The Roland RG-1F has a warmer, more resonant
and clearer tone than the Classenti GR1i.
This is the main reason it costs more.
The RG-1F is a sampling of a Steinway concert
grand piano… You can distinguish this very
clearly in the central and bass areas of the
keyboard.
If you like a warm tone then the Roland RG-1F
is the best choice of small digital grands.
Yours pianistically,
Graham Howard
