Dear Graham,

I have been enjoying my Welmar piano.
Overall, I find the sound of the piano to be lovely, and the feel of the keys is comfortable. However, I have noticed that after some months of use, some keys remain sustained for a while, as if the pedal is being pressed.
I believe that this can be resolved through tuning, and I am looking forward to having this addressed soon.
