60 Day Money Back Guarantee Returns Policy (Change of Mind) – Starts the day you receive your piano
UKPianos.co.uk gives you a 60 day money back guarantee on all digital pianos, keyboards, piano stools, keyboard bags and dust covers anywhere in mainland UK. If you’ve purchased one of these products from us and you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it in its original condition, in its original packaging, within 60 days of the date you received your item. You can try it out for up to 60 days – even play it every day – but it must be received back unmarked, in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item under the 60 days change of mind then you must notify us in writing (by email or post).
If you’re unable to return it then we can collect it. We’ll then process a prompt, full refund of the price you paid for the item(s) less the collection cost. Please note: We are unable to accept returns that are not in their original packaging. We also reserve the right to charge a fee if the returned item(s) is marked or damaged.
Please note: If you’ve agreed to have your digital piano collected by us, then it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s packed back securely in the original packaging. Failure to do this may result in damage on its journey back to us. We have the right to charge for any damages if this situation occurs. The 60 day returns guarantee includes brand new digital pianos, keyboards, piano stools, keyboard bags and dust covers but excludes acoustic pianos, grand pianos, the following large digital pianos that require a special delivery (Gewa UP405 and UP385), rentals (rent-to-own), any type of finance arrangement including hire purchase and second hand instruments.
Note: The returns guarantee is not applicable outside mainland UK.
Please call 020 8367 5107 for more information.

20. Damaged on Delivery and Missing Goods
All goods should be checked by you on delivery. Any claims for damaged on delivery or missing items cannot be accepted unless notification is received by us within 5 days commencing the day the item was delivered.
If you notice any damage to the box when receiving your item from the couriers, please refuse the delivery or check its contents thoroughly.
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged upon arrival by our couriers, please reject the delivery and inform ukpianos.co.uk at your earliest convenience. We will then resolve the problem as soon as possible.
If goods are bought in any of our retail shops (i.e. not on the telephone or on our website) and are found to be faulty then the goods will need to be brought back in person to the branch it was bought from for a refund or exchange (with exception to digital pianos and acoustic pianos). We will not accept the return of any goods if this procedure is not followed.
Damaged on Delivery for Digital Pianos
Any claims for damaged or missing items cannot be accepted unless notification is received by us within 5 working days commencing the day the item is delivered.
On receipt of your piano you should check very carefully around the outside of the box. If you see any damage to the box (even a small mark), or any sign that the box has been opened, then you must sign the delivery driver’s sheet as ‘box damaged’. Damages are not covered if this procedure is not followed.
If you notice any serious damage to the box when receiving your item from the couriers, please refuse the delivery or check its contents thoroughly.
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged upon arrival by the courier company, please reject the delivery and inform ukpianos.co.uk at your earliest convenience. We will then try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If any item is found to be faulty, contact customer service and we will be happy to correct the faulty part or send a replacement without charge. Upon receipt of goods, please follow carefully the instructions for assembly and advice on how to care for products.
Please note: Acoustic pianos must be tuned by UK Pianos or a tuner that has been pre-approved by UK Pianos. Failure to follow this will invalidate the warranty.
Depravity of the weather: the products sold on this web site are for indoor use. We exclude damage caused (to the product or by the product) following the actions of the weather (wind, rain, snow and sun).
21. Privacy Policy
UKPianos.co.uk do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.
22. Cancellations
22.1 Cancellations are only accepted if you comply with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. Carriage charges may apply if you cancel your order after it has been despatched.
22.2 All cancellations must be made in writing. The easiest way is to send an email to admin@ukpianos.co.uk.
22.3 Special order and custom made items can be cancelled. But in this case, deposits are non refundable. Special order items are generally brand new acoustic pianos or any non stock item or unusual colour/style that has to be specially ordered in. If the item is to be cancelled because of an error by UK Pianos, then deposits will be returned.
Deposits/Full Payment
Full payments are taken at the time of dispatch. If you are ordering by telephone then you may leave a 10% deposit if you wish. For shop or telephone orders, balances due will be debited the day of dispatch from the original card given for your deposit or when the item comes into stock in our warehouse, whichever comes first (unless otherwise stated).
WEEE compliance – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations
For all European transactions, unless shown during the checkout process, our prices include contributions to a producer recycling fund to ensure that waste electrical and electronic equipment is collected and recycled in a responsible manner. We also offer a free take back service. If you have an older item that you wish to dispose of when you order a new replacement item from us (must be the same type of item), please advise us by sending an email to adminATukpianos.co.uk with details of the old item and we‘ll collect it from you free of charge when we deliver the new item.
Invoice Receipt/Warranty
Your invoice receipt is emailed automatically at the time of your order. If you do not receive this within 2 hours, please contact us. Please note that your electronic invoice is your warranty, so it is imperative that you keep this in a safe place. In the unlikely event of your product becoming faulty, please contact UKPianos.co.uk at your earliest convenience. For items that are covered by an ‘on-site’ warranty (mostly digital and acoustic pianos) we will arrange for a service technician to visit you. However, please note that if a technician visits and there is not a fault with the product, you may be billed for the technician’s call out charges.
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all in stock items within 1-2 working days.
For your satisfaction all goods are held in stock and are sent out the same day that an order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will not be sent out until Monday.
Delivery Method
Large items are sent by either APC or delivered by UK Pianos. Small items are sent by Royal Mail, Evri or UPS.
Please make sure someone is at home to sign for your item(s).
Accepted Delivery Addresses
Orders will be delivered to either your home or your workplace, as long as someone is available to sign for the goods. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, and you have not stated that the goods can be signed for safely by a neighbour, then the courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to re-arrange delivery or to collect your goods from the local depot (if you do not receive a card on the expected day of delivery then please contact us immediately). If no action is taken, the courier will automatically attempt delivery the following two working days. After the third attempt the goods will be returned to UK Pianos.
