The piano has been regularly tuned (twice a year for the first 2 years, once during this year) It was also regulated after 1 year. It has a beautiful sound with a powerful bass and is very well made. It compares favourably to more expensive pianos and I am only selling it because I need the una corde capability of a grand piano.
