The UK Pianos Warranty covers you anywhere in the UK.
Note: pianos are covered for parts only outside of Mainland UK.

 

Please note: The warranty you get from UK Pianos is often longer than the Manufacturer’s warranty.

How does the warranty work?

If your piano needs fixing then we send a local technician to your home (except for portable type stage pianos and keyboards).

UK Pianos has a network of qualified technicians in most major places in the UK and Europe. What’s more, if it’s a warranty issue with a Yamaha or Roland piano then the manufacturer will send their own technician to your home – so it’s the same warranty you get whichever shop you buy from (online or in a physical store). But don’t forget, UK Pianos will often give you a longer warranty on top of the manufacturer’s.

Gewa

5 Year UK In-Home Warranty anywhere in the UK on the complete range of Gewa digital pianos. All parts and labour covered by UK Pianos.
Wear and tear or wooden cabinet parts are not covered under the warranty.
Note: pianos located outside of the UK mainland are covered for parts only

 

Classenti

5 Year UK, In-Home Warranty anywhere in the UK on CDP3i, DG1, UD1 and GR1i digital pianos anywhere in the UK. All parts and labour covered by UK Pianos.
2 Year UK Home Warranty on all other Classenti pianos. All parts and labour covered by UK Pianos, backed up by the manufacturer. We come to your home for repairs.

 

Yamaha

3 Year UK, Ireland and Europe In-Home Warranty anywhere in the UK and Europe on all Yamaha Clavinova CLP, CVP digital pianos and AvantGrand. All parts and labour covered by Yamaha for 3 years. A Yamaha technician comes to your home for repairs anywhere in the UK, Ireland and Europe. For example, if you live in France, then Yamaha France sends a local Yamaha technician to visit your home for repairs. You are covered anywhere in Europe by Yamaha’s Pan-European Warranty. Note: Yamaha Arius models have a 2 Year Home Warranty.

2 Year Standard Warranty on all Yamaha YDP Arius, stage pianos and keyboards: YDP, PSR, EZ, NP, NPV, DGX, P Series, CP Series and Tyros. All parts and labour covered.

 

Roland

3 Year UK and Europe In-Home Warranty on Roland HP, LX, RG and GP pianos anywhere in the UK and Europe (upon registration to roland.co.uk website).
2 Year UK and Europe In-Home Warranty on RP, F, and DP pianos anywhere in the UK and Europe (upon registration to roland.co.uk website). All parts and labour covered by UK Pianos for 2 years, backed up by a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. We come to your home for repairs.

 

Broadway

2 Year UK and Ireland In-Home Warranty on EZ-102, BW1, BG2 and MK11. 1 year standard warranty on AB1 portable piano, B1, B2 and B3 All mechanical and electronic parts and labour covered by UK Pianos, backed up by a manufacturer’s warranty. Wooden cabinet parts, or excessive wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

Casio

2 Year UK, Ireland and Europe In-Home Warranty anywhere in the UK and Europe on Casio Celviano AP range, Privia PX and CDP. All parts and labour covered.

 

Kurzweil

1 Year UK In-Home Warranty anywhere in the UK on all digital pianos covering all parts. Stage/portable pianos and keyboards are covered by a 1 year standard warranty. All parts and labour covered by UK Pianos for 2 years. We come to your home for repairs. Backed up by the manufacturer.

 

Kawai

2 Year UK Standard Warranty (only in the UK) on all Kawai digital pianos. All parts and labour covered.

 

Hadley

2 Year UK Warranty on all Hadley digital pianos. All parts covered by UK Pianos for 2 years, labour covered for 1 year. Backed up by the manufacturer. Wear and tear or wooden cabinet parts are not covered under the warranty.

UK Pianos offer you a parts and/or labour home service warranty on most digital pianos (except stage pianos) from Yamaha, Roland, Casio, Gewa, Kurzweil, Classenti, Broadway and Hadley digital pianos. We visit your home for repairs (stage pianos excluded from home visits). Please check individual product pages for more information.

Wear and tear is covered, but only if the correct care has been taken to keep the instrument in a reasonable condition.

Korg

1 Year UK Standard Warranty on all Korg digital pianos except B1 which is a standard 5 year warranty. All parts and labour covered.

 

ACOUSTIC PIANOS

Note: Silent acoustic pianos are guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years on main structure, iron frame, soundboard, pin block, strings and bridges. Warranty on the electronics (Silent system) is 2 years.

 

Classenti

All Classenti acoustic upright and grand pianos come with a standard 10 year manufacturer’s warranty.

The Classenti warranty covers all parts (main structure, iron frame, soundboard, pin block, strings, bridges, pedals, and mechanism), also labour and unlimited visits to your home.

 

Broadway

All Broadway acoustic upright and grand pianos come with a standard 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

The Broadway warranty covers all parts (main structure, iron frame, soundboard, pin block, strings, bridges, pedals, and mechanism), also labour and unlimited visits to your home.

 

Yamaha

All Yamaha acoustic upright and grand pianos come with a standard 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

The Yamaha warranty covers all parts, labour and unlimited visits to your home.
