The CLP175 features a YSB interface, allowing convenient connection to virtually any current home computer. The power of a PC and the Internet provide vastly expanded musical capabilities. The CLP-175 comes compete with a CD-Rom which includes the USB driver, File Utility, and Scorch Sample songs. The File Utility allows simple “drag and drop” management of songs between the CLP175 and the computer while Scorch I a brilliant innovation in music interactivity. A single Scorch file contains a music score and its associated MIDI song data. The score may be displayed on your computer monitor or even printed out, while the song is played through the CLP 175. The score is also interactive – the MIDI song data is updated with any adjustment you make (such as note and dynamics changes). Several Scorch/XF sample files are included on CD-ROM so you can discover just how easy it is to use. Further files can be easily obtained from www.yamahamusicsoft.com. The site has a wealth of additional information on Yamaha Clavinovas. Also included on the CD-ROM is Advantus Software Development’s superb “Piano Suite Lite” application with advanced piano player, library, lesson and game functions all rolled into one thoroughly enjoyable educational program.

For sale a beautiful top of the range Ebony Yamaha Clavinova CLP 175 Baby Grand in mint condition.

This piano was bought from piano warehouse in late 2004.

Features include stunning natural feel and sound with real wooden keys and hammer action. USB interface, full Clavinova spec with midi and samples.

I’d like to sell my yamaha clp175.  However I cannot take a picture as it has never been out of the box!

As it is brand new I’d like to ask £2999 ono.  It might still be under guarantee, but I’m not sure.  I believe Yamahas have a longer than 1 yr guarantee? It was bought in 2004.

Location is Cornwall.

It wouldn’t fit in my 4×4 (in the box) but might well do unpacked. So delivery is open to negotiation with the buyer and of course cost would be dependent on distance.  Or buyer can collect.
