Hi Graham,

Just a quick thank you for putting together your Digital Piano Bible pdf file.

I found it a most interesting read, and I certainly picked up some useful pointers,  it’s well written so even I can understand it and with a little humour thrown in I enjoyed reading it.

I’ve decided to have another go at playing keyboards again,  having tried numerous times over the last 60+ years…lol.
I’m 70 now so god willing I have plenty of time to devote to this newly found interest again.   (One has to have interests and hobbies regardless of age).

My late father sent me to piano lessons when I was about 9 or 10yrs,  but never really quite took it all in, and indeed that was the case a few times over the decades,  however I have slowly improved and am now at the stage where I can just about maintain the tempo while reading the sheet music, especially so with songs I know well,  but the tempo still often goes out the window if it’s something I’m not familiar with…lol..but I’m sure with lots of practice I can only get better.
However the wife says I’m improving a lot so I must be doing something right.

I’ve been using a cheap PSR-E443 for about 3 months, and recently ordered the PSR-S770 from UKPianos, which I look forward to receiving in due course when they become available.

Anyway..thanks again for taking the trouble to put that useful read together,  I’m sure it’s helped a lot of people…well done.
