“I’m happy with my purchase but disappointed the key weighting is not as heavy as expected”

“I bought a Yamaha YDP160 new via eBay around a year ago for £800 including P&P, having first tried-it-out in a shop.  I have waited this long to write a review in order to become fully familiar with the piano and give it the ‘test of time’.   Having read your ” 7 Things You MUST know before you buy a digital piano” guide, I had no reservations about buying the YDP-160 which, being very similar in specification to the entry level Yamaha Clavinova CLP-320, is great value for money.  I am very happy with my purchase and my only disappointment is that the key weighting is not as heavy as I expected (I am having lessons on an upright piano) but, as you explain in your guide, I’d have to pay a lot more for heavier keys.
